Vacation Schedule

Check-in/check-out time is 1:00 pm of your first and last Saturdays.

If you know that you will not be using your time, have given your time to another owner, or have made any other arrangements, please let the scheduler know so that available time can be offered to other owners.
Please note: Except for items marked “proposed,” all information on this page has been accepted by majority vote in a Lee Island Owners' Meeting and is considered part of the required protocol that all owners and their guests are expected to follow.
Approved Schedule
This summary is to show who will be at the lake when, as approved in the Annual Meeting.
Unpaid Invoices may affect approved time slot.
New protocols were approved at the November 2023 meeting for deciding between family members who want to use the same space at the same time. These protocols are:

A person with unpaid dues will cede their preferred schedule to a person who has paid their dues in full.

If both parties have paid their dues in full, a person-to-person discussion should be entered into to attempt a good faith solution.

If a solution can not be reached, the contested time slot will be assigned to the person with the greatest number of shares.
It was unanimously acknowledged that this is the single benefit of the bigger financial burden of ownership.
